Schulzi | Bar & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Heidelberg

I just visited this restaurant and placed an order for four different pizzas. Unfortunately, the staff appeared to have difficulty processing the order, and I had to reorder it after waiting for a while. Then I was informed that the maximum waiting time would be 35 minutes. However, after waiting for 45 minutes—already beyond the promised time—I was told that my pizzas could not be found. A staff member named Yanika then informed me, with a laugh, that there was no order placed under my name. I found this response with a laugh very unprofessional and disappointing, and I am left wondering if this level of service reflects the restaurant’s usual standards.

After all this, I finally received my pizzas and left the restaurant. However, when I opened the box, I realized that one of the four pizzas was not what I had ordered. Waiting such a long time with my child, being treated disrespectfully, and then receiving the wrong order was extremely disappointing. Given the attitude of the staff, I did not expect any proper service recovery, but a sincere apology would have been the least one could hope for. I will certainly not be returning to this...

One of the biggest pizza disappointments in Heidelberg. Order here only if you like not more than a bit of tomato sauce spread around on your pizza. Pictured is a €14 Oktopussy pizza… I was not satisfied with the contents and taste at all. I also would not recommend ordering Dante’s Inferno pasta. The pasta itself was very over cooked. On top of it big salami pieces that were still stuck together were thrown.

I am honestly surprised by the excellent reviews of the place. Perhaps, I was unlucky that day. Still, I will not order food here again, as it is way overpriced for...

Very cute pizza place 🍕 I loved the atmosphere and the vibe of the restaurant! 😘 The staff was super kind and helpful with choosing the food! If you’re coming on Friday/Saturday/Sunday I’d definitely recommend you to book a table in advance! 🤝🏼 The pizza arrived super fast 💘 and it was very delicious!!
