Frittenwerk Karlsruhe — Restaurant in Karlsruhe

I’ve been at a Frittenwerk branded restaurant before and I have to say I did not like it very much back then. Still wanted to give it another shot and went here shortly after it opened and I have to say - the fries. are really on point. If you’re a fan of standard fries this is definitely the place to go. Not so much for the special foods (at least not all). The Bolognese-Style fries are apparently really good however I did not enjoy the teriyaki very much.

About the furniture and cleanliness. Since the restaurant is really new and basically just opened the shop is still very clean - we will see how this develops over time but I’m confident in saying they’ll keep it that way as they seem to have many employees for this small store. The style is what really stands out, the modern wood and old light bulbs really make for some great atmosphere. And the plants look great with it. However I would not recommend sitting outside as there is a smoking area right next to the outdoor seating area and the Europaplatz is currently under...

Without a doubt the best french fries and french fries variations in Karlsruhe. I've visited Frittenwerk several times over the years and I always enjoyed both the food as well as the service provided there. The portions are fairly big and filling no matter which poutine you choose. Personally I really enjoyed the Tijuana Street Fries, however each one of the different poutines they offer is very delicious and you will absolutely be able to find your favourite poutine there. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great as well although it can be fairly loud at times, especially on saturdays. The only small downside is the asking price, which can range from somewhere between 4 to 12 € for one meal. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend...

Very good food that looks post worthy with strong and abundant flavours. The taste is phenomenal and there are plenty of options for everyone's taste. (5/5)

The location itself is nice. You can sit outside or inside. The outside is gorgeous, though close to traffic. The inside is ok. There are definitely better looking places in Karlsruhe solely regarding the location. (3/5)
