Average food. Pretty bad service. As a vegetarian I often struggle to find something that isn't Spätzle to eat in a German restaurant. Sometimes it's actually great though and when it's good I love it but the spätzle here was dry and tasteless. It came with a vegetarian schnitzel, which isn't at all what you would imagine - instead of crisp it was moist and uninspiring. I was there with 3 others. One of us had our order completely forgotten. The wait staff had completely disappeared so I when looking for them. Not long after they took the exact dish my friend had ordered to the table next to us, to a woman who was sitting alone. We asked why it hadn't gone to our friend and were told that she had ordered it. So had our friend... and he had ordered it first. Surely just because her table number was on the ticket shouldn't mean that someone who had waited longer shouldn't be served first. So instead our friend had to sit there and watch us all eat while he waited and finally was given his meal when we had finished ours. Again as we were waiting to pay it was almost impossible to get the attention of the waitstaff. If someone is staring at you and waiting for you to just look around at the tables before you disappear again and you don't notice, it's terrible service. So, bad service, poor vegetarian offering, also could have used heating in a chilly courtyard (early October). Definitely wouldn't go back. It is a maximum profit pub. (business model designed) | Truth to expect there: Low material input for food and in relation to that case, expensive. But most people don´t see the details (and vote happyness). Food only from fridge or industrial prepared. Beer: Okay for quality, price near double the price in realation to other university cities like Münster (there beer, 2,30 €/0,5 l; 2,8 €/0,7l). Atmosphere: Kindness/laxness not true, playing to guests for maximum drink and food order. (Most people don´t see that case and vote happyness). Server: All server under maximum strictly control of management policy (Be fast/play student like laxness/Ask always for one more drink). The food was excellent. I tried the classic flammkuchen but for sure I coming back to this place. Lemonades are also great. Good portions. For someone with standard hungry should be enough.

The people are very gentle and speak English. They are fast, accurate and kind people.
