Alles wird vom Chef kontrolliert. Es ist praktisch ein kleiner Familien Betrieb mit aushilft seine Frau steht an der Kasse und ab und zu helfen die Kinder (der eine um die 18 und der andere 22 sind). Als Vietnamesin kann ich sagen, dass das essen sehr gut ist. Pho ist da schon fast besser als das meiner Mama. Die Brühe und der Tee werden jeden Morgen frisch gekocht mit x Stoppuhren sodass die Teeblatter keine halbe Minute zu lange kochen und die Temperatur wird auch ständig überprüft sodass die Blätter nicht verkocht werden. Kann ich nur empfehlen wer echtes vietnamesisches essen probieren will. Das ist das einzige vietnamesische Lokal, dass auch alle und die richtigen Kräuter zu den einzelnen Gerüchten servieren. Für die klassisch China Imbiss Liebhaber gibt es diese Gerichte auch auf der Karte. Zum Teil ist die Karte auch wirklich auf vietnamesisch beschrieben, so kann man sehen wie wir Scheiben und ja man kann es sogar Lesen denn es ist im Grunde das lateinische Alphabet.

I like to talk with the wife there so I kind of know a few insider. Very nice stuff. The owner is always there and works in the kitchen with another stuff they work very accurate and neatly. Its kind of a family business. Husband in the kitchen, wife at the front and sometimes the kids (which are both about 18 or older). As a Vietnamese I man assure you that the food is very good and like the original. the Pho is probably even better then my mom's. The owner makes the tee and the brew for the sup every morning working with a lot of clocks so the tea leaves won't over cook and he is checking the temperature often so the heat won't go to high. I can recommend this local to people who wants to try real Vietnamese food. Its the only place I know which is serving it right with all the right herbs. Best pho I had so far! I come here often and always get the veggie pho. You get a huge bowl, tons of perfectly "al dente" veggies on your noodles - and the fried bits of tofu are so VERY tasty, I really recommend, even if you don't usually like tofu too much.
