Coffee Brew — Restaurant in Krefeld

I recently visited Cafe Brew Restaurant and Cafe for breakfast, and I must say it was a delightful experience. We decided to try the oriental breakfast and the omelette, and we were not disappointed.

First and foremost, the staff at Cafe Brew were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The waiters were attentive and ensured that all our needs were met. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive ambiance of the place.

Now, let's talk about the food. The oriental breakfast was a true delight. It consisted of a variety of Middle Eastern delicacies, including hummus, avocado, cheese, and bread. Each component was bursting with flavors and expertly prepared. The hummus was creamy and rich. The cheese was smooth and creamy, and it complemented the other elements of the dish beautifully. Fazit: 4 Gäste am Tisch vor dem Mitarbeiterdurchgang täuschen sich nicht, wenn die Mitarbeiterinnen direkt neben uns sich unterhalten. Erkrankt oder nicht, ist jedoch nicht die Hauptkritik und würde noch zu einem 3.Stern führen. Die anderen beiden Sterne gingen definitiv nicht am Personal verloren, denn das war fleißig und aufmerksam. Wieso weshalb, siehe meiner bereits getätigten ehrlichen Kritik.

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Bitte überdenkt dann die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferanten für Backwaren, denn Optik als auch Geschmack kommt dem G&G ähnelnd nah.

Ihre Mitarbeiterin wurde vom Team verabschiedet mit den Worten: „Gute Besserung, werd wieder gesund!“ Wir wurden dann von einer neuen Servicemitarbeiterin bedient, die vorher hinter dem Tresen tätig war. Das lässt keinen Raum für Interpretation!

Für den guten Kaffee und dem sozialen Hintergrunde bezahle ich gerne den Preis. Geschmacklich top 👍🏽

Interieur und Aufmachung ist echt schön und wirkt sehr einladend. Leider hat uns das Frühstück nicht überzeugt. Gemeinsam haben wir mit 4 Pers. knapp 90€ bezahlt, doch leider fehlte hier die Liebe zum Detail. Für den Preis erwarte ich frische Backwaren und keine Gut&Günstig Aufbackbrötchen. Das Rührei war ungewürzt und nichtmal Schnittlauch geschweige denn „Deko“ war dran. Das kann man besser servieren. Für gute Qualität, bin ich gerne bereit auch mehr zu zahlen, jedoch war es Durchschnittsware die ich beim Bäcker besser bekomme für ein Drittel des Preises. Der Service war freundlich und hat alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Es fiel auf, dass die Aufteilung der Arbeit nicht mit der Anzahl des Personals passte (Service mit 4 Pers. hatte wenig zu tun, Küche dagegen zu viel für nur 1 Pers.) Hinzu kam, dass unsere Kellnerin sogar krank nach Hause geschickt wurde zwischenzeitlich. (Besonders in der Gastro möchte ich keine erkrankten Mitarbeiter an meinem Essen & Trinken haben). Die Brötchen standen leider warm 10min bei uns, eh die Frühstücksplatten kamen, demnach waren die Brötchen höchstens nur noch lauwarm und gerade bei den günstigen Brötchen wissen wir alle, die werden schnell hart. Der Cappucino hat sehr gut geschmeckt und ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Für den Kaffee kommen wir auch gerne nochmal wieder. Für das Frühstück werden wir zukünftig leider eine andere Adresse aufsuchen. Die Plattform der Onlinereservierung braucht zu lang im Prozess, dafür kann aber das Café nichts. Zusammenarbeit sollte man hier mit dem Dienstleister überdenken. Die Frage nach einer Rechnung wäre schön gewesen und gehört für mich dazu.

Fazit: Am Service liegt diese Bewertung nicht, sondern hauptsächlich der Preis für das Gesamtpaket passt hier nach unserer...

Very beautiful interior and nice coffe with very nice and friendly staff. No problem with communication in English for non-german speakers. It is possible to pay with card as well. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but nothing terrible.

And also the option to scan a QR code to see the menu with prices, call a staff or order via a phone is such an amazing thing. The only thing that I didn't quite like was the sitting outside and too much noise from the street which is totally acceptable and also I missed a cup of water with a coffee which in my opinion should always come with a coffe as a standard.
