Nui Sushi und Ramenbar — Restaurant in Lübeck

Terrible restaurant, DON'T GO HERE!! our order was wronge, the waiter looked also really confused. I orderd krab but I got the fake krab aka surimi. After telling him that I was a idiot and I knew nothing, he came a few times walking agressive back and forth telling me i knew nothing. Sushi itself was comparable to getting it from the supermarket nothing special really. The Ika was wronge cut and old/dry basically all sushi ingredients where from the fridge and nothing was fresh. We just found the Hüxstraße by accident and the Nui To Go - Sushi Bar Restaurant as well. The street is lovely, especially on Saturdays because then it's an pedestrian area. The Sushi Restaurant is directly at the street and has some nice tables outside. We tried some soups as well as the sushi and both was delicious. Auf der Suche nach einem Thailändischen Restaurant, sind wir mitten in der schönen Hüxstraße in das von Nepalesen/Indern (?) geführte Restaurant gestoßen. Die Karte offenbarte eine breitere Auswahl und humane Preise.

Zudem sollte erwähnt sein, daß es neben thailändischen Spezialistäten auch Sushi ab. Eine merkwürdige Kombination, liegen Thailand und Japan immerhin 6 Flugstunden auseinander.

In etwa die Entfernung von Schweden nach Ägypten zu fliegen und dennoch bietet kein Restaurand Stockfisch aus Schweden und Falafel aus Ägypten an oder?

Wir bestellten Teriyaki Beef, was allerdings wenig Teriyaki beihnaltete, sondern fast komplett aus Sojasauce bestand. Hier wollte man sich wohl die teuren Zutaten für eine orginale Teriyakisauce sparen und es mit billiger Sojasauce strecken.

Das Essen war eben dadurch ungenießbar, weshalb ich dieses aus reklamierte. Man stimmte mir beschämend zu und ich konnte mich für ein anderes Gericht entscheide.

Weil man dort nicht viel falsch machen konnte, entschied ich mich dann für ein klassisches Thai-Curry. Dieses war in Ordnung, obwohl es hätte mehr authentische Gewürze vertragen können. Currypaste aus dem Großhandel und Kokosmilch reichen eben nicht..

Daher bekommt das Restaurant in Bezug auf seine Speisen, denn die Lage in der Hüxstraße ist absolut...
