Overall, I had a great evening here at this very nice Indian dining, the food was fantastic delicious cooked to perfection. The drink taste with touch on sweets, but enjoyable to drink.

However, there are some minor touches that need to be addressed, the knife I was received was dirty. Could not use it, and the service was not around so I can ask him to change it. At our table there were no salts nor black pepper for additional details.

We were cruising throught Lübeck and saw this restaurant with quite many options on the menu… from Pizza to Tikka Masala. Because of that we decided to go there. The food was actually nice and enjoyable but we ordered as a drink Guinness beer. We havent noticed at first but when one of us almost finished the drink, we saw there was flies in our glasses. Auf einem Städtetrip nach Lübeck an einem Sonntag sind wir im Tipasa gelandet, weil wir Hunger hatten und anscheinend kein anderes Restaurant in der Gegend geöffnet hatte. Normalerweise habe ich schlechte Erfahrungen mit Restaurants gemacht, die eine derart umfangreiche Speisekarte haben. Außerdem kann ich seit einem mehrjährigen Indienaufenthalt einfach nicht mehr in "deutschen" indischen Restaurants essen, weil das Essen meistens null authentisch schmeckt bzw. nicht wirklich das ist, was es sein sollte. Beispiel: Man bestellt Biryani, bekommt aber Pulao serviert, und Sambar wird zu einer dicken Linsensuppe, die absolut nichts mit Sambar zu tun hat... Bestellt haben wir schließlich zwei verschiedene Tandoor-Gerichte mit Huhn, um schrecklich versahnte Saucen zu vermeiden, und waren sehr angetan. Mein Tandoori Chicken schmeckte annähernd so wie in Indien, lediglich die üblicherweise dazu servierten Saucen/Chutneys fehlten. Der Reis war super, das Naan ok, weil eher Pizzabrot, die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich, allerdings mussten wir sehr lange auf unser Essen warten, fast eine Stunde, obwohl außer uns kaum Gäste im Lokal waren.
