New York Döner-Kebap — Restaurant in Landstuhl

Here you get street parking, there is no regular parking lot for this restaurant and it is located at a somewhat busy area. Finding parking was not super hard for us so I would say for lunch it is not a big deal to drive here.

There is no table service it is counter ordering and then you bring your meal to the table yourself.

The options here are limited to Lamb ad Chicken. That is if the both meats are available, when I came they only had chicken, they did not let us know that we just noticed that there was only one meat at the cooking thing. I am not a huge fan of chicken so I would definitely had skipped this place if I had known this.

They also have pizza options but seems like the doner, is the thing people come here for.

There is only one gentleman making the meal over the counter so if you come with a large group things will come out sort of slow.

You have to ask for condiments like katchup and mayo if you want some. it was funny that I asked for mayo for my fried and he grabbed a bottle and squirted on my plate rather than giving me the bottle so I could decide how much condiment I wanted.

#1 RAMBO DONER WITH CHEESE- I got the Rambo doner with cheese and I would say that besides the fact that it was chicken and I am not a huge fan of chicken, I can say that the cheese was a bit salty for my friends but I loved the cheese. the kind of cheese in this dish is like a white cheese and the sauce that come in the dish is pretty nice, almost like an yogurt sauce taste. I got the spicy option but I did not find it spicy so if you are not a fan of spicy food, this will not ruin your meal if you opt for spicy after all.

FRIES- I know the fries Coe with the meal but I wanted to make sure to highlight the fries in this review. I am not a huge fan of French fries anywhere I go where French fries may be a default side to the meal I try to steer away from it, sometimes even paying extra just to have something else instead. however with that said, the fries here at this place are hands down the BEST French fries I have ever had in my entire life! The fries here made me a believer!

The place is not perfect by a long shot but I can say that they do have some good items here you just have to order the right thing and you will be happy.

DÖNER WITH CHEESE- it was meh. Just for the fact that it was chicken, u have no other eat option for doner here.

One of the most terrible things that happened here was that my friend has celiac and the menu does not have specifics of certain gluten item, she tried to return the dish and was not allowed and they told her that she should have said something, how could have she if the meal looked not o have any sides?.?

This doner shop is on point. We had wonderful customer service from the time we walked through the door. There's comfortable seating for about 30 around the lobby. A large menu with kebabs, pizza, calzones, schnitzel, and more. They don't have a large selection of drinks. And my only complaint is the food was spicy when I asked for very spicy. This is my go to kebab shop. Don't waste you time going anywhere else. This was my dinner 3-4 times a week when I first moved here. Now it's less frequent but I do try and go once a month.
