BASICALLY GERMANYS VERSION OF CHEERS! If you are looking for a low key local pub where you can relax and enjoy your favorite brew you need to check out the RED LION PUB. The staff is friendly and accommodating and there is no pressure to purchase anything outside of what you want. The kitchen does have a special that I do suggest you check out. I found them to be DELICIOUS! By your third visit the staff knows your know and what you like to start your evening off with. The pub has darts, pool tables, trivia night an karaoke on Friday night. If you prefer just to sit outside and enjoy your favorite brew in the cool German evening breeze there are outdoor accommodations. Even though the pub does take card or cash I strongly urge everyone to pay in EURO. The bank is going to charge you a conversion rate anyhow and all of our local restaurants and pubs pay an amazingly high fee to the the banks when people pay by card cutting into their profits. I'm upgrading my review of this place for a couple of reasons:

The more I eat here the better the food gets. I have ordered several items that I would have normally overlooked on the menu, but since they were recommended by the Proprietors/Patrons and I was pleasantly surprised! In short, have not been steered wrong yet and I will continue to take advice when it comes to their menu! 🥰🥰🥰

John and Kat are amazing folks and would do ANYTHING to help you have a better dining experience. I know it is take out only at the moment, but they are knocking it out of the park in my opinion!
