bona'me Münster — Restaurant in Münster

Wir sind über Instagram vor ein paar Wochen auf die Eröffnung des Restaurants in Münster aufmerksam geworden und haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Gestern endlich da gewesen (gegen 17 Uhr also vor dem großen Ansturm). Eine nette Dame hat uns das Bestellsystem sehr gut erklärt. Es funktioniert so, dass man eine Karte bekommt mit einem QR-CODE und einen Piepser. Man scannt nun den QR-CODE auf der Karte (mit dem mobilen Endgerät) und dann öffnet sich eine Internetseite auf welcher man wie in einem Onlineshop die verschiedenen Speisen und Getränke in einen Warenkorb legen und dann bestellen kann nachdem man seine Tischnummer eingegebenen hat. Die Getränke werden dann zum Tisch gebracht und das Essen ist fertig wenn der Piepser klingelt. Dieses muss man dann selber bei der Küche abholen, was ein wenig chaotisch sein kann, vor allem wenn sehr viel los ist. Theoretisch eine sehr gute Art und Weise eine moderne Art der Gastronomie umzusetzen und Personal einzusparen (davon war allerdings nichts zu merken, da hier trotzdem noch sehr viel Personal Vorort war und manche Gruppen ihr essen auch an den Tisch gebracht bekommen haben auf Nachfrage) EDIT: DIESER TEIL WURDE VON RESTAURANT ÜBERARBEITET HND ES IST NUN DEUTLICH VERSTÄNDLICHER!(allerdings fehlt es bei dem "Onlineshop" Prinzip noch an genaueren Beschreibung des Essens. Hier wird nur der Name, ob Vegetarisch und/oder scharf angezeigt, nicht aber detailliert wie auf der Speisekarte (eine seperate Webseite) was genau das Essen ist. Außerdem gab es dort auch eine Fehler, zum Beispiel würde die Sucuklu Pide im Bestellvorgang als scharf angezeigt, auf der Speisekarte und in Realität ist dies aber nicht der Fall. Außerdem gab es Teilweise Priesabweichungen)

Friendly and hard working staff along with a beautiful atmosphere, but this location is severely lacking compared to the other locations I have visited. My truffle manti was nothing like how I have enjoyed it in Cologne; there was no truffle whatsoever and hardly any mushrooms. The method of ordering online did not work for our table and half of our orders never went though. Waiters had no idea what drinks or dishes they were delivering and were not knowledgeable about the ordering process in order to help hs with the technical difficulties. I wouldn’t recommend going back until this location until they iron out...
