I want to talk about the service here. I know they welcome customer with reservation. But reservation should only give you a priory on the time you call in to reserve, not all over the time. There was a reservation called after we already sit in, and we were asked to seperate into 2 places just for giving a space for a 2 people's reservation. They could just put the new reservation into another table to save both of our trouble. But they prefer to give us trouble because us without reservation are low class customers in their opionion. In addition, no waitress speaks English even young ones. This is very strange since these 20ish year old waitress should all learned English at school. Maybe they just refuse to talk in English. Came here for cake and got the cheese with poppyseed. It was really good! Service was also fast and friendly. You can either order to go at the counter or can have it delivered to your table; I believe the second option costs slightly more. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in der Filiale in Münster frühstücken und können es wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Das Café ist für eine Konditorei sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und besonderes der seperate Raum hinten bietet sich für Gruppen an.

Das Frühstück ist qualitativ und quantitativ einwandfrei. Es gibt viele verschiedene Aufschnittsorten, eine große Auswahl von frischem Obst, unterschiedliche leckere Brötchen, Rührei und gebratenen Speck. Zur Krönung kleine süße Teilchen, die liebevoll mit Obst dekoriert sind.

Was besonders hervorsticht ist das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die knapp 12 Euro beinhalten nicht nur Kaffee sondern auch gekühlte Säfte sowie Wasser vom Buffet. Zusätzlich bekommt man für einen minimalen Aufpreis von 50 bis 75 Cent auch speziellere Heißgetränke wie Latte Macchiato oder Cappuccino.
