Sushi Münster — Restaurant in Münster

Concept: We walked in and my friend explained the sushi train is for all you can eat. Immediately the worker from behind the counter said it was only for groups of 6 or more. We were very confused why we weren't allowed all you can eat and had to order off the menu, but like other reviews stated, there were only like 3 dishes on the train anyways.

Food: It tasted alright, however I watched my fried sushi arrive and sit to the side while the worker behind the counter chatted with others and after that started to make my other sushi. Only then when he was finished did I get the fried one.

I would have liked more vegetarian sushi options, especially with tofu.

They do have noodles and ramen.

Atmosphere: The lights are extremely bright. I guess they need to be to make the sushi in the middle, but it doesn't feel very cozy then.

We were told to sit at a dirty seat, but that it would be cleaned. It took the man behind the counter multiple times telling other people to clean it, before a woman told us to sit elsewhere. Then the man behind the counter insisted that we sit back in the original spot. Finally someone cleaned off the counter, but then the counter...

Es schmeckt fantastisch!

Ok, dass kann man ja überall behaupten und Geschmäcker sind ja verschieden. Was macht diesen Sushi zum besten Sushi der Stadt?

Das Verhältnis Reis und Inhalt: Die Inside-Out ( meist die Dinger mit Sesam außen rum) und Makis ( wo das Nori Blatt außen ist) haben soviel Reis, wie nötig ist, um die Makis stäbchen-und dipstabil halten zu können. Zutaten wie Avocado, Lachs und Thunfisch schmecken immer frisch und sind präsent zu schönen Makis ausgearbeitet.

Der Reis ist perfekt mit Mirin und Salz/Zucker zubereitet. Nie waren die Sushi zu feucht oder trocken.

Frische Sushis sind knapp unter Zimmertemperatur, wenn fertig zubereitet. So werden Sushis in Japan gegessen und so kommt der Geschmack raus.

Wir bestellen oft Inside Out Makis mit Sesam statt Rogen und darin auch die Avocado Frischkäse Rollen ( immer wieder toll auch für Vegetarier).

Die frittierten Sushi sind eine bisher nicht gesehene Kreation und sind eine Geschmackssensation.

Vorbestellen und Abholen geht immer fix ( ca 10min bis max 30min( selten)). Die Bedienung ist immer kompetent und freundlich. Und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in unseren Augen unschlagbar! Wir essen schon seit Jahren beim Sushi Münster und ich finde es bemerkenswert, dass sich die Qualität immer auf höchsten Niveau gehalten hat.

Natürlich ist meine Rezension eine subjektive Meinung, aber im Laufe der Zeit haben so viele Freunde und Bekannte auf unsere Empfehlung dort bestellt und es waren ausnahmslos alle begeistert!

Ich kann daher jeden Sushi Fan nur raten, dort zu bestellen oder im Lokal zu essen, um sich selbst ein Bild zu machen!

I was there with my friend for my birthday. The sushi train was an epic experience. It was funny every time it came to us. We enjoyed the wide variaty of rolls. I was the only vegetarian customer that evening and we got such a personal service asking me what i would like in the rolls since some where made specially.
