The employees are judgemental and not friendly! They’ll be friendly only if you bought something, otherwise don’t even wish for a single smile! I came here twice, the first one i didn’t buy anything because the purse i wanted was not available. The lady who was taking care of me was far from friendly! I understand maybe because i didn’t buy anything. But the second time i came there, i was buying the purse and during the process the lady was not nice either and rather judgemental because she thought that my card is out of limit to pay (i haven’t even inserted my card to the device yet, see how impolite of her) until the purchase was successful and suddenly the lady smiled at me and became super friendly. I didn’t catch her name but she was white asian black hair probably around 30-40 years old.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the purse but the service? Meh. I hope they WILL improve the service in the future. Idk if it’s only in LV stuttgart but that’s my experience here
PS: it’s a rare occasion for me to write a review. I feel like this experience is so worth it to share and also given as critics to LV since we as customers, either buying or just looking around, want to be treated at least friendly and nicely without that attitude face of the employee. And with the purse costs over 2000€, a convenient service is a MUST. I think not every designer boutique is like this, because i compare it with gucci in breuninger stuttgart, the employees were super duper friendly even when you don’t buy anything. So this review is also based on comparison with other luxury boutiques. Hope...
Read moreI've been to this store three times and had a great experience each and every time. I was pleasantly greeted and served well each time. The only reason I give it four stars is the selection and the difference I experienced between this store in comparison to the Flagship store on the Champs-Élysées. This is not a bad thing, just simply a reality.
On my first visit, I came in to look at a couple pieces, possibly a purse as I had just purchased a wallet at the Flagship store on the Champs-Élysées the weekend before in Paris. I was promptly set up with a lovely Sales Associate (SA) who was kind and brought me the bag I wanted. She entertained some other options but I decided on the bag I initially wanted. The SA was very kind, made me feel comfortable and she has helped me each time. I wish I still had her card but she is a beautiful women with blonde hair, my apologies for not remembering her name.
I've bought a handbag, two belts, and two ties from this location and I, along with the recipients, have enjoyed our goodies.
I loved my purchases, loved the service, loved the experience and can't wait for my next visit.

Read moreI went to this store with a friend as she she wanted to buy a bag and we happened to bump into the store manager. At the time we did not know she was the store manager, we only learned that later on. We were absolutely appalled with her behaviour, this person should not be in this position in any store let alone in a luxury brand like LV. She lacks every people's skills needed to deal with clients and with working colleagues as well. She was dismissive, downright rude, always looking at her phone as if she was wishing to be somewhere else, and all my friends questions were met with a "sorry, what?" such was the level of her mental absence. We also overheard her speaking to her employees as if she was in an open market, rudely and crudely, and we were shocked... Noboby garners respect by treating people like that. We are amazed at how these type of people get to be managers... I am a manager myself and if I ever behaved like this store manager I would have been fired already. My friend was so revolted by the way she was ignored by the store manager that we ended up leaving the store without making any purchase! A regrettable experience, due to a regrettable person in a...
