The waiter is problematic

We went there just to order some drinks. The waitress was a kind lady and she arranged us a table. Then, the guy who came to get our orders acted so weird (He seemed drunk or mentally ill, and reacted weirdly when my friend ordered a cocktail called “Frickn”, he repeated the word to her several times but we just thought he’s trying to be funny and brushed it off) Then when it came to pay the bill, I noticed that the price is different than on the printed menu. I had ordered hot chocolate which was 3 euro something on the menu, but on the digital system it was 4,50? When I asked for this the guy almost wanted to go in a physical fight with me, the waitress stopped him. He also made a jumping gesture on my friend. It was all weird and we left feeling threatened. Terrible service. I ordered a pasta which was not good to taste at all. After our meal we were having drinks. The waiters kept coming and asking if we’re done because he wanted to give our table to someone else. We said no and were ordering more drinks. Soon after he asked us to leave and gave us takeaway cups for our drinks! To give the table to a different party. I get it’s a weekend but this is no way to treat customers. Everything was normal and fine until the end. What's up with the male waiter?! There was a misunderstanding regarding the price on the written menu and the digital system. But the way he handled was totally disaster. He doesn't know how to talk to a lady. He cannot control his gestures. I had the feeling if the waitress didn't involve in the situation, he wasn't going to control himself. Was he drunk or what?...
