Respect and proper treatment with your customers is more important than the quality of the product and the location of the cafe, Customer Orientation should be the priority!!!

I am a regular customer and really liked the atmosphere and service, but today I had to quickly check my emails.

They told me told that using a laptop is prohibited here!!! Is there a military service where you can ask people what kind of personal devices they are allowed to use!!!

I didn't want to work, I wanted to use my laptop to take a quick look.

I consider it negative communication with your regular customer!

Respekt und angemessener Umgang mit Ihren Kunden ist wichtiger als die Qualität des Produkts und die Lage des Cafés. Kundenorientierung sollte im Vordergrund stehen!!!

Ich bin Stammkunde und mochte die Atmosphäre und den Service sehr, aber heute musste ich schnell meine E-Mails überprüfen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Benutzung eines Laptops hier verboten ist!!! Gibt es einen Militärdienst, bei dem man die Leute fragen kann, welche Art von persönlichen Geräten sie benutzen dürfen!!! Ich wollte nicht arbeiten, ich wollte meinen Laptop benutzen, um einen schnellen Blick zu werfen. Ich betrachte es als negative Kommunikation mit Ihrem Stammkunden!

We went for a stroll near the LMU and TUM and found this Cafe as we were in a dire need of coffee and chairs. We sat outside so chairs weren't impressive, but the coffee was exquisite. We got a strawberry cream pie, a classic, also exquisite. But since this is an Italian Cafe, we wanted to try this curiosity they called Pistachio Cannolli, a Sicilian pastry. The first bite felt otherworldly, and so was every bite that followed, until we finished the last tiniest crumbs. I wanted to go for a second, but we were out of time. Certainly a second serving for me next...

All the seats were taken outside, so we went inside and ordered two coffees and a cookie. The staff just decided that it’s for take out and then as we sat at a table inside, they just kicked us out. I’m sorry, but what?! Also my coffee was poured almost to the edge of the cup and I couldn’t even lift the cup, because it was so hot. I asked for another cup and they refused. Thanks very much that at least you gave me a tissue, which didn’t help much, because after you kicked us out, I had to hold it in my hand...
