HEYLUIGI — Restaurant in Munich

Was a really good night here! I came for my birthday and myself nor anyone in my group speak German, but the staff were super friendly and accomodating. The food came out fast and was really yummy! My friend however ordered a pasta without cheese and when it arrived to the table we asked which one didn't have cheese (because I had ordered the same with cheese) and the waitress said that neither had cheese in them.. But when the plate was put in front of us it was clear that there was grated cheese ontop of the meal.. Luckily my friend didn't have an allergy to cheese and he just sucked it up and ate it.. But it was very obvious there was cheese ontop so I'm not sure why the waitress felt the need to lie? What if it was an allergy. A little disappointing but it could've been a mistake. I would still come back, but urge anyone else to be careful if you have allergies to take extra extra...

The restaurant style is great, seems like it was a relaxed pub at some point and that means it's cozy and comfortable. Food was amazing, Trüffel pasta nearly as good as in Italy. They have a small menu but do the items well, even the salads looked like a good option, though those maybe better suited for summer not - 6 degrees. The perfect place for a cozy winter time dinner of pasta goodness. The tool their use for reservations is a pain. It constantly sends emails after the the visit. Also they send an email to confirm the reservation, which means you could lose your reservation if you don't respond. So have your emails handy...

Bad customer service. Last Friday a member of the staff who appeared to be supervising the waiters came to our table to take our order, I was not done reading the menu so I asked this lady (in German) if they served fries (Pommes). This woman was so annoyed by such a simple question. She replied "NO, we don't serve Pommes, why would we bother serving food that is not on the menu? That makes no sense. If we served pommes you would be able to smell it but you cannot smell anything, can't you?". A simple "no" would have been enough, she could have even recommended something from the menu instead but no, she had to...
