1.5 hours waiting to pay and the owner threatened to call the police because of his payment machine error.

Horrible experience. We went with several friends because my boyfriend recommended the place, we had wanted to come here for a long time. The burgers were average, the meat was a bit dry and without many ingredients. The drinks were good. However, apart from the food, the service was lousy. Waiters came every 20 minutes or so. When we wanted to pay, we waited 1 hour asking and asking for the bill. We decided to stop and go straight to the bar to pay. We were ignored again and the staff seemed quite frustrated and in a hurry. It seems like the owner was bad-mouthing his employees and was very rude (the employees were still trying to serve people well). We stood there for about 15 minutes waiting to be charged (someone else had paid earlier and also had problems). There were 8 of us and due to the slow pace we decided that 1 of us would pay the bill. The owner tried to charge us with the card machine and it came out that there was an error in the payment and the money was refunded. The owner made an angry phone call to someone saying that he had a lot of people waiting to pay and that the machine was not working. We tried to pay again and our mobile phone showed that the payment had gone through and we said to leave, however the owner said that the payment had not gone through, we argued that it had and he threatened to call the police! We had been trying to pay for almost an hour and a half, with a receipt of payment and he still threatened to call the police. Wow. Come on, if we weren't going to beg for payment we could easily leave. There was a line of about 6 people behind us waiting to pay. So although we were pretty annoyed we decided to swipe the card again and saw that they had indeed refunded our money. We were annoyed that it wasn't our problem, we tried to do things right and still we were threatened and shouted at. Lousy. I would never recommend it (except for the waitresses who were nice apart from the...

Two of us came there on a Saturday morning without a reservation, and the waitress was so nice, and managed to squeeze us in (although the place was crowded, and it seemed that we would have to continje our search for another place).

We came there to have brekafast, and we were not disapointed. The food was came very quickly, and it was colourful, helathy, and delicious.

Also, the waitress was so nice that her attitute towards you makes you want to visit the place again. The waitress spoke fluent English, so there was no need to try to communicate in German, as in many places in Munich.

I would say that it is really nice to have a restaurant which pays tribute to Olympic games that were held in Munich. The interior is completely in a retro style, trying to portray how everything looked during the time when Olympic games were held in Munich.

The only downside of the place for me were the hard seating. The seating in one part of the restaurant is made out of gymast horses (which seemes like a really good idea), which were for my taste too stiff. I have back problmes, and that is maybe why this left an impression on me.

The prices for the breakfasts were on average 10 euros, and coffee (man vs machine)...

Beh, era semplicemente gustosissima e cotta a puntino.

Very disappointed with the service. We ordered breakfast via a QR code at a table where we were immediately recommended to pay a tip. (although the waiter had not even approached yet). As a result, we waited one hour for our breakfast and decided to check with the waiter when it would be ready. The waiter said there were 5 minutes left to wait. After 10 minutes they brought us dessert as a compliment with a big hair and someone's rice. We decided to return the dessert and point out the dirt on the plate. The waiter responded aggressively that this happens, removed the hair and wanted to take the dessert back to the table. I refused such a “compliment”. After 5 minutes, our breakfast with weathered sausage was finally brought. Bees are flying around
