Came here for a kumpir and went for their "basic" variety. Let me tell you, it was well worth it.
Now, this is the first kumpir I'd ever had. My expectations weren't too high - I mean, how exciting could a baked potato really be? However, I soon realized how naive I was. This potato was fluffy AF, cheesy, buttery, and all around simply delicious.
But the potato itself wasn't the thing that makes this so good. They add layers upon layers of toppings, from pomegranate to Zaziki and eggplant cream. All of these toppings themselves incredible and certainly a good ad for the little shop which sells these individually as well.
Upon request you can also get extra toppings such as sucuk and squid, but the basic is perfect as it is. For 6,90€, you'll be satisfied as certainly full (this coming from an American).

We ordered the Kumpir Ali Nazik which was topped with tender beef chunks in addition to all the other toppings. So soo good. For dessert we had Baklava with ice cream and it was delicious. Already making plans of coming back here. Will try the cig kofte next.
