Cool place and okayish price but we got two beers and coins for the Pfand and one of the coins fell down and ended below the floor (they have wooden floor with small gaps) a d even though we returned the bottles and there was hardly any crowd, they refused to give us the Pfand back as the coin was missing. Echt schöne Location, cooler vibe, schon öfter dort gewesen und immer eine gute Zeit gehabt. Heute gegen 16:30 eine so negative Erfahrung gemacht, dass man nicht mehr wieder kommen mag… bei der Pfandrückgabe einfach geduldig den Pfand abgestellt und gewartet. Die Bedienung ruft in die Menge, ob es für alle okay wäre, dass wir uns vorgedrängelt hätten, obwohl wir nichts gesagt haben und einfach nur gewartet haben und es komplett ihr überlassen gewesen wäre, wann sie sich uns zuwendet. Die Leute sagen, alles gut 🤷🏼‍♀️ Dann sagt sie zu uns, dass wir doch sehen, dass sie alleine ist, wir antworten darauf hin, dass doch alles in Ordnung sei und wir doch einfach normal warten. „Ja ihr bekommt euren Pfand schon noch“, daraufhin wir nochmal betont, dass wir nichts böse gemeint haben, falls etwas so ankam. „Wir sind hier nicht bei Instagram“, „ich hab eure Blicke schon gesehen als ich euch nach dem Ausweis gefragt hab“, und uns weiter pampig angegangen und wir konnten überhaupt nicht verstehen, weshalb wir so extrem grob angegangen wurden ?????????. Nice place to hang out in summer as well as winter. Though in the latter season it does get quite cold outside, so better drink some of the mulled wine offered. Otherwise it's quite crowded because of the big meadows and museums where Minna Thiel stands. On the menu you'll find some organic snacks and drinks. Crowd can be posh and hipster.
