I would give zero stars for Service and Atmosphere if I could.

Honestly, the whole restaurant is a mess! The staff don't know what they're doing, they just run around trying to figure it out or hangout with each other and laugh and complain about customers. We waited for over an hour for 2 pancake plates and over 25 minutes for 2 coffee cups while they were trying to figure out how to make them. Another weird situation I had in the restaurant was that I could only pay cash, when I said I wanted to pay by card they didn't want that, so I agreed to pay cash as I thought maybe their card machine didn't work, but I then saw that they indeed had a card machine who worked as a few people were paying with card. (this all happened before we even could order). At the end of the long and very stressful meal as it's a very hectic environment and people complaining left and right for the right reasons as I saw at least 5 tables leave before their orders came and a delivery man wait at least 30 minutes for their order and the end which he left and came back later as they were too slow and the staff running around dropping plates, breaking things, etc.. At the end of the meal I had decided I actually wanted to pay by card and my sister wanted to pay cash so we would just split the bill which is a very normal thing to do usually in a restaurant and which we have the right to do, but then we were told this wouldn't be possible as before the meal the waitress had asked us if we could pay cash, and we agreed so apparently we were now forced to pay by cash. I told the “manager” my complaints and she basically blamed it on me and said that she had tried everything to make the restaurant work and that the restaurant was just like this as they want to make the most money, which I understand, but there's a limit as most customers I could see were not happy.

Therefore, I highly recommend you to stay away from this place! Unless you want to waste 1–2 hours of your day waiting for food, which isn't...

I visited this place early in January 2023. I was out of home for 3 weeks and wanted to try some pancakes. I saw this place with good reviews and decided to go for it. We ended up visiting 2 times.

Local ambience restaurant and seems to be, from what I saw, operated by the owners. So it has a homey and cozy vibe.

All the staff members in the restaurant are really nice and warm, making you feel welcome. If the restaurant is packed, I suggest you to be patient. Dishes can take a while.

I had an experience where one of my dishes went to another table. My wife is “special” with situations like that mostly after the COVID pandemic. So, when they switched that dish to our plate, we showed our discomfort. They didn’t hesitate and prepare a new dish for us. I took some extra time but it shows that they are accountable and try to give a great service.

All the items we ordered for food with it was pancakes and an omelette were perfectly cooked. The pancakes are worth trying. They are delicious even when without adding any of the sweet ingredients. The omelette was served like a tortilla, which was different, but still tasted great! As far as drinks, we had a latte. Better than Starbucks for sure!

Tip is not included but recommended. They encourage to pay cash but they accept credit card as well.

Prices are fair. I would say $10 - $20 EUR per person.

Terrible experience. There were at least 5 staff members preparing food and washing up in a tiny kitchen area. Food service was appalling. A lady on the table next to ours had her food, but her friend didn't. The table beside us received one plate of food (they ordered after us) and were waiting on the second, they then brought out my partner's meal. 15-20 minutes later I hadn't received mine, my partner was finished eating by this point. I asked and was told 3-4 minutes. They then brought out meals to other tables that ordered after us. I then asked to cancel the meal as we had to leave to go to the airport soon. The manager was very reluctant to let us just pay for what we'd had, and kept saying it was coming and gluten free takes longer. That would have been fine if we were informed of this, and if my partner received his food at the same time. But they were bringing food out randomly to each table, instead of bringing out all food to one table and then moving on to the next. There was no structure to the service at all.
