We made a reservation to eat here 4 weeks before we traveled, but when we arrived, they didn't seem to quite know what we were talking about. However, they immediately opened up the back room and sat our group of 30. That was really the only hiccup with our meal.

The food was cheap, and served quickly. We had some students in our group that were grateful it was a Halal restaurant, as German food did not have many suitable vegetarian or Halal options to choose from - so this was a nice break from the rest. All the food we had was very enjoyable, and on one complained about their meals - only great reviews. We entered at about 05:00 in the morning after being out on Friday night. We found the place because it was a restaurant (we wanted to sit down) and because it was still open.

Mixed grill was already sold out (now i think: never available because of the meat quality) so we took rice, meat, stews, döner meat and some bread with a coke each. 18€ later we got served with microwaved, very fatty, almost rancid meat, some indistinguishable stuff and veeeery dry döner meat.

Conclusion: Worst meal I ate since serving in the army 17 years ago 🤮 When I told the guy, he exactly knew. Shameful to be aware of the garbage you sell and yet you don‘t change a thing. You better start to cook food that derserves its name or close down the place instead of taking pics holding baklava under fake 5...

Yesterday, this restaurant served us very spoiled rice. When we complained they told us it was a lemon. The only put the lemon to cancel the smell of the rice. From all indication they intentionally served us the spoiled food because after we reacted they quickly take away the rice. Why would you take it away if it was just a lemon? Doesn't you put the lemon to sell the rice with it? This is a very bad habit 😕. Is it because we are black or African? Wallahi I will not forgive you for this and you shall see your evil act in life and hereafter. The cashier was very unfriendly. He collected the payment, around 80 Eur, without even saying sorry, hello, bye, or remorseful.

Please stay away from this restaurant.
