Love coming to this gym coz it's walking distance from our place. Although we often go to other locations as well which are bigger and have swimming poosl. Like what the other reviews said it's pretty clean and they have enough equipments to have a good workout.

Unfortunately I had an incident recently where when me and my boyfriend were checking out after a good workout, the receptionist told me that his colleague who was there before him told him to tell me that next time I grab water, energy drink, energy bar or anything they sell to make sure to announce it to them so they can add it to my account and charge me during check out. Which I already know because I have been doing it since I've been coming this gym. So the gentleman told me that I owe them whatever the worth of the drink I took. Me, shocked because I didnt take anything, was very confused. Good thing my boyfriend was with me and had to talk to them in German. My last purchase was over the weekend which is a drink, when I returned to the gym that day of incident I brought with me the same empty bottle and refilled it water. After changing to my workout clothes I had the bottle with me of course, went back to reception to see if they have the energy bar that I like but no so I just went upstairs and worked out. This I believe what they thought they saw, me with a bottle of energy drink coming to the lobby thinking I took something and not told them. Anyway the misunderstanding was cleared and they apologized for it and they cancelled the charge of 2 euros something.

My point is, we pay a premium price for this gym and to steal 2€ worth of item doesn't make sense for me. I've never steal anything my entire life. Just glad whoever the name of the gentleman who were dealing with was able to resolve the misunderstanding otherwise...

Today is July 3rd in the middle of 2024 and the air conditioning problem is still broken. This problem has persisted for over 2 months and the only response I got from the person in charge of the gym was that they didn't know when they would fix it and still suggested going to another Body and Soul. But this is the fundamental point of why I specifically chose this gym, as it is close to where I live. I'm not going to walk around to check if they're working properly or not. It must be a joke!!! In addition to the air conditioning problem, the space has an air circulation problem, the air is heavy and rarefied, which makes it difficult to breathe, especially on hot days. Many machines have not been maintained for months, which shows the lack of attention and care for the place.

Apart from the technical problems at this location, this specific gym has a serious problem with the team that works there. Most of them are people who are unprepared to answer simple questions from the customers, in addition to not knowing the answers to simple things, after all, they are the ones who work at the place, they respond with arrogance and total verbal violence!!! Complete lack of staff training, which further shows how unprepared this place is to accommodate those who are paying for this service. Unfortunately I signed a 2 year contract for a service that I do not...

Very poor conditions and lack of accountability

This gym is in serious need of renovation and better management. The equipment is outdated and extremely limited during peak hours—there’s only one squat rack and one flat bench, making it hard to complete a workout without long delays.

The ventilation system has been broken for years. Staff attribute this to building management, but as paying members, our contracts are with the gym, not the landlord. This ongoing issue creates an unpleasant and stuffy atmosphere throughout the facility.

The steam room has been closed since February with no clear communication about when it will be fixed. It’s also worth noting that steam rooms in their other branches have been closed for extended periods as well.

There are visible signs of mold in the wellness and shower areas, and it’s accompanied by a strong odor. Changing room doors are often kept open due to the lack of ventilation, which raises privacy concerns.

Additionally, there are recurring hygiene issues, including sightings of mice in the changing rooms. Female cleaning staff also enter the male locker room during open hours and stare which makes male members uncomfortable.
