Taormina — Restaurant in Munich

The food was really good, but the service was horrible. Whispers and dirty looks from staff at my friend and I as we ate. Owner walked around and greeted everyone in the restaurant except us. They gave oil and cheese to every table except ours. Even when it came to napkins they gave my friend and I cheap paper napkins and nice cloth ones to everyone else. Very confused with the reviews for this place, I wouldn't recommend it and certainly won't be back. My amatriciana had no bacon, crunchy onions, underseasoned and over cooked pasta.

My partners pizza came out incorrectly. They had to re make the correct one. Didn't order water as it's so expensive. Would give this a miss, certainly not close to authentic or traditional.

We were traveling to Munich from Berlin and discovered this place on maps and tried it because of the good reviews. Although the ambiance is good, it didn't quite live up to the 4.6 rating. The food was okay, and the service too. We ordered spaghetti arrabbiata and were served aglio e olio instead. We decided to eat it anyway, but it had no salt whatsoever.
