I don't recommend this specific shop as unfreadly staff in this shop may destroy your good mood. I went there 2 times and both times the staff were unrespectful, angry with attacking voice. I just entered and took a look at the sitting area if it's good for me to sit there buy a coffee and cake and spend some time there reading a book. But the staff lady came to me full of anger. Opposite of hospitable and friendly. This shop is near my apartment. And I could go there every day. With this behavior I go to another cafè.

I hope Zöttl, takes care of this problem. And let me know when a friendly happy team is hired. Then I will go...

I recently visited and while the coffee was excellent, the service was shockingly poor. The woman working that day was unnecessarily rude and gave my friend and me a lot of attitude for no apparent reason. We simply came in to order two coffees to go. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, I find it unacceptable to treat customers this way. Es fehlt nicht an Bäckereien in der Gegend. Der hier ist von allen der nächste Bäcker. Heute fiel trotzdem der Entschluss nie wieder hin zu gehen. Dass an Wochenenden oft keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist - Schwamm drüber, muss jeder selbst entscheiden wie er seine Einnahmen versteuert. Aber: an diesem Sonntag überspannte der Bäckereifachangestellte hinter der Theke den Bogen. Ich fragte ihn ob sie Franzbrötchen hätten. Er verneinte das und verwies auf die Zimtschnecken, die sehr ähnlich schmeckten. Dann glaubte er noch was drauf setzten zu müssen und sprach von Lizengebühren, die für Franzbrötchen anfielen und dass das Unternehmen das nicht wolle (Zöttl ist eine Bäckereikette). Eine kurze Recherche zu "Lizenz", "Gebühr", "geschützter Begriff" usw. brachte kein Ergebnis (ein Falschparker in Hamburg bot dem Polizisten mal ein Franzbrötchen an und wurde wegen Bestechung zu 1800 Euro verurteilt). Warum lügt der Mensch hiter der Theke die Kunden an? Ohne Not! Und so leicht enttarnbar! Was soll das? Brauche ich das nochmal? Nein, definitiv nicht. Kamps, eine andere Bäckereikette hier, hat laut deren Internetseite Franzbrötchen. Nächsten Sonntag dann. Ohne Lügen und der Not Bargeld...
