Ich hatte am 14.02. zum Valentinstag eine Reservierung für zwei Personen im Yoisushi, für meine Frau und mich. Die Reservierung war für 18:45 Uhr angesetzt, und wir kamen pünktlich an. Am Eingang mussten wir in einer Schlange warten, doch 20 Minuten lang kümmerte sich niemand um uns.

Irgendwann wurde es uns zu viel, also sprach ich einen der Mitarbeiter an und erklärte, dass wir eine Reservierung hätten und bereits seit fast einer halben Stunde warten würden. Die Antwort war äußerst unfreundlich: Ich solle mich umsehen, der Laden sei voll, und wir müssten warten. Auf meine Frage, wie lange noch, bekam ich nur ein Schulterzucken und die Aussage, dass er es nicht wisse. Als ich dann nachfragte, wozu überhaupt eine Reservierung dient, bekam ich lediglich ein weiteres Schulterzucken, bevor sich der Kellner einfach umdrehte und ging.

So eine unprofessionelle und schlechte Behandlung habe ich in München noch nie erlebt – und das auch noch am Valentinstag! Eine besondere Nacht wurde uns durch diese respektlose und chaotische Organisation ruiniert.
