The food was really good and the staff was really nice but we had an issue when one of our orders came incorrect. Although the staff did correct it, they were really reluctant to fix it. At first they told us we would have to pay for a second meal. Then they said they would fix it but would have to charge extra. The trouble here was that one of our members can't eat gluten so had specifically ordered the plate with no bread, but what was delivered was a burger with bread. In the end they still made us pay additional for fries which has been part of the original order. Overall the experience was unfortunate because without it I would say this was a really great place. Unfortunately with this incident I would say that if something is wrong you cannot expect it to be resolved or fixed without extra cost...

Fangen wir mit den positiven Punkten an.

Essen: Die Burger sind frisch und lecker, sehen gut aus und sind auch ordentliche Portionen. Preislich würde ich sagen ist es okay, es ist nicht ganz günstig, aber natürlich bezahlt man für Qualität. Was ich nie verstehen werde ist, dass Dips etwas kosten - vorallem oftmals sehr viel im Verhältnis. Ich glaube hier kosten sie 1,50€ wenn ich mich nicht täusche, was noch okay ist. Ich habe auch schon Dips für 2,20€ gesehen (Burgerheart) und das finde ich eine Frechheit. Ansonsten bekommt man bei Guerilla Gröstl gutes Essen für sein Geld!

Der Service: Die Servicekräfte sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zudem können sie gut mit Menschen umgehen und haben eine, ich nenne es mal, sonnige Ausstrahlung. Uns wurde zunächst der Bestellprozess erklärt, da dieser etwas abweicht von dem gewohnten (man zahlt erst und bekommt dann sein essen an den Platz gebracht). Das Essen wurdezügig gebracht und auch fix nach dem Verzehr abgetragen.

Das Ambiente: Viel kann ich hierzu nicht sagen, außer dass es nicht so mein Fall ist. Die Problematik ist die Größe des Restaurants. Dadurch hat man natürlich wenig Privatsphäre und es wirkt etwas beengend.

Die Lage: Die Lage des Restaurants ist jedoch suboptimal, ja, es ist sehr zentral, das heißt, wenn man schon in der Innenstadt ist und einen Abstecher zu Guerilla Gröstl machen möchte, ist das kein Problem. Kommt man jedoch extra von außerhalb zum Restaurant, gestaltet sich das Parken (logischerweise) eher schwieriger, da die meisten Parkplätze Bewohnerparkplätze sind. Demnach bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig, als ins Parkhaus zu fahren. Kalkuliert das also ein. (Abzüge für das Restaurant gibt es dafür aber...
