MUNDVOLL - bowls salatbar froyo — Restaurant in Nuremberg

Also an sich würde ich ja 5 Sterne geben, ich liebe die Salate in der Salatbar. Ich war mindestens schon 20 mal da. Bisher war immer alles frisch. Wieso ich jetzt 2 Sterne gebe: ich war heute in der Salatbar, anscheinend war das eine neue Mitarbeiterin zumindest hab ich sie noch nie gesehen, die soooowas von gefühlt keinen Bock auf ihre Arbeit hatte oder einfach nur schlechte Laune hatte. Ich hab mir einen Oriental bestellt (mit Sesam). Sie hat mir aber Sonnenblumenkerne drauf gelegt. Ich habe direkt gefragt ob es kein Sesam gibt. Sie darauf: wir verkaufen das als Sesam. Ich so hä wie dass sind Sonnenblumenkerne und ich habe von meinen 20 mal Salatbar 10 mal den Oriental bestellt, wo IMMER Sesam drauf war. Dann habe ich nochmal gefragt. Habt ihr keinen Sesam ? Sie: nein wir verkaufen das als Sesam. Ich Schlaukopf weiss wo das Sesam bei denen steht (neben den Croutons). Ich daraufhin: Da steht doch das Sesam ?!?!. Sie: achso ja ups. Ich mein oke kann ja mal passieren, aber wieso fragt man nichtmal ob ich Sonnenblumenkerne überhaupt esse ? Vllt bin ich allergisch ? Oder esse es einfach nicht ? Es wurde einfach selbstverständlich drauf geschmissen und mir als Sesam verkauft .Naja daraufhin wurde über der Mülltonne meine sonnenblumenkerne abgekratzt....

Despite the good reputation of the place, it has happened twice to me that after having their Caesar salad I've felt very nauseous immediately after. Both times, I believe that the reason was that my salad contained traces of nuts (I am allergic!) due to the way the staff handles the ingredients while preparing the salads. Definitely not coming there...

The concept is good but they don't care about cross-contamination or just hygiene in general. All the ingredients are mixed, regardless of them containing meat, nuts, etc. They handle everything with their bare hands and barely wash them. The cutlery is dirty, I have found some disgusting bits on...
