Hong Kong Store — Local services in Nuremberg

The most interesting point is the location! Not far enough from the short red light distric of Nuremberg. Well, correct me if Im wrong, but its what I always hear ;)

I did try out the 2 things this place has to offer: the tiny little Resto and the supermarket.

The food is cheap and very eatable. Well, I was there for a quick 'imbiss' so I didnt expect much.

The sorts of their products at the Supermarket is quite big and interesting (both frozen/packed n fresh). They even have Rambutan n Mangostein! The staffs are okay eventhough stil very careless and loud- as usual ;)

If only its situated at a much women/family friendly area, I'd visit...

Schon mal vorweg: Dies ist der beste Asia-Imbiss, den ihr jemals finden könnt.

Stammgast bin ich seit mehr als 20 Jahren (damals 1 Jahr alt mit meinen Eltern) und der Geruch, der Geschmack und die Atmosphäre werden nie langweilig.

Ihr müsst verstehen, dass dies kein 0815-Chinaschuppen ist, mit der gleichen billigen knusprigen Ente, Nudelbox oder Pekingsuppe. Nicht nur, dass sie Gerichte zubereiten, die ihr mit 99 %iger Wahrscheinlichkeit noch nie probiert habt, der erste Biss wird zur Sucht wie bei einer harten Droge.

Jetzt denkt ihr wahrscheinlich: Dann muss es ja im Umkehrschluss teuer sein? NEIN!

Eine normale Portion mit Fleisch, Gemüse und nach Wahl Reis oder Nudeln kostet im Schnitt 5 Euro. Die verschiedenen Suppen belaufen sich auf 3-4 Euro (wobei mein absoluter Favorit die dickflüssige chinesische sauer-scharfe Suppe ist). Und die thailändischen Salate kosten circa 4 Euro.

Ich lege meine Hand ins Feuer und sage, ihr werdet es niemals bereuen, dort das Essen zu probieren. Ultra nette Mitarbeiter und Kollegen (besonders die Chefin Vong und Meister Don), mit denen man immer etwas zu lachen hat und tratschen kann. Eine absolute, vollkommene Empfehlung meinerseits, diese Wohlfühl-Oase zu besuchen.
