Kuhmuhne Die Burgerbar — Restaurant in Nuremberg

As a burger lover I was really looking forward to visiting this place but sadly I left disappointed. My husband and I stood around for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence, then the waitress left abruptly in the middle of telling us where to sit and snapped at us when we sat on a random free table (it's a tight place and we were standing in the way). After finally being seated and ordering the food came in about 5 minutes which was nice. Sadly they were out of whole wheat buns, the sweet potato fries were really overly salted, my husband's gorgonzilla burger had so little gorgonzola he could barely taste it, the drinks were definitely smaller than 0,4L and half of it was ice. The burgers were tasty but so wet and messy they literally came apart which made it difficult to actually enjoy eating, and the kitchen is open with not great air circulation so you leave smelling really strongly like food. I do not know! I went there today and the waiter was alone with a lot of empty tables, but he said that was full and could not offer a table for two.

Contrary to what was stated, the waiter did not inform us(we are 2) that the restaurant was fully booked due to the holiday when we arrived. We were simply told that there were no available tables at that time.

Furthermore, we were not offered the option to reserve a table in 2 hours. We would have gladly taken that offer had it been presented to us. It's unfortunate that there seems to be a misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding this matter.
