I recently visited the Douglas store in Nuremberg on August 12, 2024, while traveling from the USA, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store layout is beautiful, and the product selection is fantastic—everything was organized, making it easy to browse through the fragrances.

Disappointing experience at the Click & Collect service. I went to pick up my order and was met with extremely poor service from the cashier. Despite having my reservation details and being ready to pay, the cashier refused to release my item because I only had a digital copy of my document on my phone, instead of a physical document. This made the whole process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. It’s very inconvenient that the store doesn't offer any flexibility or alternative solutions for customers. Went there today to buy a perfume which an employee informed me I could get with the online price if I had a Douglas membership card. When I went to pay for it, showed the card and tried telling the woman working at the cash register for the online price, her response was that I should tell her beforehand or else I can’t get it. First of all she didn’t even give me a chance to finish what I was saying and second, I really regret not leaving right then and there and not buying anything.
