First we had to wait approx. 30min. till a server reacted upon our shout. However, while were waiting before and gave him signs unsuccessfully, he had taken orders from guests who arrived way after us, e.g. young girls....the outdoor patio got rather empty in the time between... finally it took another 30min before our order hit the table (60min in total). The burger I had ordered was their signature version "Hans im Glueck" came prepared pretty much uncharitably, consisting more or less out of dry bun and a pretty simple patty. You find a couple of sauces on the table to complete the "burger(?)". My wife's salad, was a "Marktschreier Salat". The arugula leaves where flooded in oil... and ya well, eventually the sweet potato fries were quite okay. The best we recognized during the meal was a drink, a kinda mixed juice out of grape fruit with ginger. All together we were badly disappointed, even due to positive customer feedback we've seen on the internet before. But it is what it is or at least was for us and I would not recommend this location at all to my best friend. This experience felt like being trapped by a business idea which sells cheap fast food type dishes just in a better sounding package.
