I'm a big fan of Hans im Glueck in Germany but I NEVER visit this Restaurant again. Firstly I asked a waitress to sit a table outside. She did not accept table I want and told me move to another one. Some minutes later there were some ones had the table. I had to waited about 15 minutes but did not receive Menu. I called her and waited more 20-25 minutes for an order by another waitress. I had to wait for about 30 minutes more for drinks and burger. As you can see that there is no straws for lemonade. I asked her but of course i never received the straws. Then the burgers came, they were not hot and crispy as i tasted in other franchises before. Two portions of sweet potatoes but two different color and shapes. One looks great and one looks overheated. Finally I waved the waitress again to have a bill but she continued to discuss with a college. I am total shocked with my dinner. Maybe i'm only asian there so they did not welcome me as Other customer?

Went for dinner which was nice. Sat on swings as there were no normal tables available. The hostess did warn us they might be a little tight which they were but it worked. We were hungry. The staff all seemed really friendly and helpful. It’s a bit more expensive than your usual burger place but they do offer a great range. You buy the burger and choose the bun and then can add sides. I had the Zwiebelei (Chicken burger with Camembert & Caramelised onions). With the cheese and the onions it was one big mess which was great. Very tasty. The chicken was slightly chewy but not dry. My wife had the Wolpertinger (Spicy vegetable patty with vegan cheese and avocado cream). She wasn’t that impressed. Has had much better vegan burgers before as this just wasn’t that tasty. Also ordered a multi-grain bun but it came in a sourdough, didn’t say anything as we were starving. Bit of a shame as had potential.

Asked if they can make the burger medium rare, waiter replied yes without writing it down (I instantly knew what was coming). Shocker, 5 minutes later (yes that fast!) burger came dry. I had the bunless burger and I thought it will be in an iceberg salad like a normal joint would do but no, they toss the meat on the plate and place salad on top :)) (yes you read correctly). My partner does a paleo burger at least 3 times better at home, maybe I should start a franchise to teach people what food should taste like. Can't recommend for the price honestly, only ate because I was super hungry.

The waiters and waitresses did a good job, the food is delicious, I'm very glad that they have a vegetarian burger (also vegan burgers!) and the cocktails were amazing. I also like how the restaurant looks, with its trees inside, the wooden bar and some more. It's pretty hipster to say at least, but it's at a normal price range. It can get very loud in there and the tables and banks outside are not the most comfortable seats to sit in, but still a great place to eat and to have some quality time with friends and loved ones.

Great burgers and lunch menu before 5pm option was a fantastic price. We're from Australia where the burger game is very strong haha. Comfortable and beautiful interior, great drinks and impressed with the thorough dietary menu. I felt very 'clean' and healthy after eating the Wild West (fourth on the menu after the Classic) with a side salad. Juicy beef patty and fresh ingredients. Usually a lot of burgers are too greasy or saucy but this was just right. English menus available. We recommend!

Pretty good vegan selection of burgers and condiments. Staff are very friendly. Ambience is great. My only niggle would be the hygiene. The toilet area is not the cleanest, and exiting the bathroom requires previous people to have washed their hands. Further, the sauce bottles are greasy and presumably contaminated on the outside with everyone's germs (not great when you need to eat your food with your hands). Otherwise, a smashing joint, and I'd come back for more.
