Für einen Freund habe ich versucht per Mail zu klären ob es möglich ist Eintrittskarte für eine Veranstaltung vorab und mit Vorkasse zu bekommen. Der Freund reist extra nach D für diesen Event. Die Antworten die ich per Mail bekam waren ohne Anrede, Grußform, Punkt, Komma, Klein-und Großschreibung - alles Fehlanzeige. Inhaltlich war die Kommunikation noch "besser": Wie kann mein Freund jetzt die Eintrittskarten kaufen? - nur Abendkasse ab 19 uhr .. und ist es sicher, dass an der Abendkasse Karten vorhanden sind? Immerhin kommt er extra dafür nach D/Passau? - wir lassen nicht mehr besucher bei den reservierungen zu als plätze vorhanden ... dass Sie nicht mehr Besucher rein lassen, als Plätze da sind ist mir klar. Ist es möglich von Ihnen eine Eintrittskarte VORAB zu bestellen und BEZAHLEN? - bis heute keine Antwort! Also kann ich das Cafe Museum Passau nicht...
