Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Saarbrücken

I recently placed an order through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had ordered a variety of items, including 12 Filet Bites, 6 Cheese Bites, 2 Dips, Classic Burger Veggie 1, Classic Burger Veggie 2, 2 Beilagen, and 2 Pommes Frites, totaling 32.99 euros.

Regrettably, I only received the 12 Filet Bites, and all the other items were missing from my delivery. This oversight has left me completely disappointed, as I was looking forward to enjoying a diverse selection of items.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the omission of multiple items from my order is unacceptable, especially considering the amount I paid. I hope you can investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I love KFC, after convincing my wife for over 2 months to visit KFC she accepted. but in this KFC they don’t have proper hygiene, as we waited for ages for the tables to be cleaned but nothing is happening we decided to do it by ourselves. they always make mistakes with orders and only give you something missing never something extra, they didn’t have the new big coconut milk shake which costs 4€ they simply offered me to replace it with another big cola which costs 1€ less. And didn’t even give the euro or say anything, they don’t have a restroom so here another -1€ which you should pay if you’d like to use the restroom in the train station. I think my wife would never accept to visit kfc...

I went with my family to eat at this KFC during the evening, we went around 18:30.

It was clean, there was a man there who cleaned very hard! He was so busy to keep things clean.

We also had a large order, it took around 20 minutes to wait. And when we got it everything was fresh! Our wings were super warm, and tasted good! The fries were also fine! And I love the fact that they don’t fill the cups full with ice, but just fill the cups with the drinks like they should be!
