I got a brown sugar boba from here a year ago, and it was awesome!. I always make a plan to go through here whenever I'm in Saarbrücken and I was always great until it wasn't anymore. I haven't been to Saarbrücken in a while, and so I went back after some time and decided to get some brown sugar boba. It was just water with milk and some hard tapioca floating in between. I'm not sure if they run out of sugar, hence the reason for serving this disappointment. The servers were these young female who were flipping their hair over their shoulders with every order that came in. Shouldn't food salespeople have their hair tucked away or at least in a pony tail? I left this time disappointed, and it's fair to say that I'm not coming back ever again. I came with a friend who liked their frozen strawberry and banana ( a quarter of a small banana. She had to ask for more banana to be added) yogurt. Maybe if you want something that's not disappointing, try...

The line was extremely long. When it was our turn to order, they were out of everything we tried to order. Out of tapioca bubbles, out of toppings, out of flavors with no signs to indicate this information after waiting more than 15 minutes in line to order. Both of their smoothie machines were apparently down and could not make those either. The flavoring for the bubble tea is syrup, and to top it all off, the yogurt machine had enough yogurt in it to produce 1 of the 2 yogurts...

Worst bubble tea I have ever had in my life. If you're looking for the kind with tapioca pearls, this isn't it. Their bubbles are sacs of four kinds of fruit juice. They also have a variety of fruit teas. You can already imagine what fruit tea tastes like with fruit juice...

If you opt for the black tea with milk, they use 0.1% skimmed milk, making the tea watery and bland, tasting neither like tea nor of... whatever else is in there.
