The most unprofessional ,rude , and aggressive waitress I have ever seen. I’m wondering why a restaurant with this level has such a unprofessional Chief , we reserved a table for six adults and two kids and when we came the waiter started to insult and attacks us and speak in a loud and i appropriate way with us and with the kids although he forced us to take a table away from the buffet because we have kids , and this with full mouth he said i prefer you leave i don’t want you ???? He kicked us out we don’t know why ? Despite being so flexible with him and accepted many insults from him while we have our guests with us but unfortunately he didn’t appreciate that and kept being rude and racist We asked about the manager he said I’m the Maneger here and i prefer you leave ???!!! And when the other waitress came to take our order he prevented her and asked her to leave

Where and When nowadays we face such a rude and unprofessional dealing with a customer in a restaurant??

I advise everyone not to visit this bad restaurant ever

Extremely dissappointed with the behaviour of the Asian waitress at the restaurant. My parents and I went on a Saturday for lunch buffet and we do not prefer drinks so we chose not to order drinks. The lady told us that we would be charged one Euro per person extra apart from the cost of buffet, if we choose not to order any drinks. This however was not the case when we visited back in November 2021 and did not order drinks even then. Now that we agreed for the extra price but still not go for any drinks, her demeanour changed for worse as she became very loud and rude while talking and told us specifically that she would charge extra money if we would waste any food! It was completely out of line as it was said with total contempt! To top it off while making payment I was forced into making payment in cash as apparently she said it would be difficult for her to accept card payment which was not informed earlier and was not somehow justified. Would definitely not visit here again purely because I do not wish myself or my family to be an...

This was our first time visit here. We thought we were going to stop for some fried noonoos or sushi after our Sunday bike ride. We had no idea how big this place was - and how extensive the buffet! So that's what we did... We indulged in all the yummies from the Sunday Buffet - the highlight of which being the Mongolian grill. It's so, so good. I can't list all the food. But everything is super fresh and crunchy. They check your vaccination status or require a negative test for dining in. They have COVID-19 test kits available -- which will also get you in after a 15 min wait for your results.
