Personal favorite Chinese place in Stuttgart. Not because it's super authentic but because the food is always good, fresh, juicy and great quality. The place is run by a Chinese couple and only them, but the food is always quick and delicious. The problem that I personally have with Chinese places is that the ingredients sometimes seem old, not to fresh and just plain sad and dry. But the food here tends to always be chunky, super fresh and yum. Some sauces also can taste all the same, but the couple know what they're doing when it comes to actual cooking. Nothing tastes the same, every dish has its own distinctive flavor, which is a big win for me.

Some dishes may tend to be a bit oily for some, but this is a detail I tend to overlook. I even wish they did delivery so I can order it straight home. But...

Das Restaurant bietet außer "Western chinesisches Essen" auch authentisches chinesisches Essen. Leider gab es keine Speisekarte auf Englisch oder Deutsch dafür, nur auf Chinesisch.

Für die chinesischen Generationen, die in anderen Ländern aufgewachsen sind und kein Chinesisch sprechen/lesen aber authentischen Chinesische Gerichte essen, ist das natürlich schwierig. Ich muss die Chefin fragen, was für authentisches chinesisches Essen, ich essen wollte, ob sie hat, usw. Es gab zwar Fotos dafür, aber einige Fotos sind unklar.

Das authentische chinesische Essen ist lecker. Wir haben "roasted duck" und "hor fun" (breite Reisnudeln mit Rindfleisch) gegessen. Beide waren lecker. Nur Gemüse im Reisnudeln war nicht authentisch chinesisch - im Vergleich zu anderen chinesischen Restaurants.

Nicht wie bei anderen chinesischen Restaurants (auch in meiner Heimat) bietet dieses Restaurant keinen Oolong Tee, obwohl Oolong Tee aus China und typisch chinesisch ist. Der Chef sagte, sein Tee war der beste Tee. 🤦

Ich kenne mich sehr gut mit dem Tee. Das war nur normaler Jasmin Tee!
