ConSafos Stuttgart — Restaurant in Stuttgart

This place is my favorite coffee spot in Stuttgart. I came by it one day, and never stopped going there since.

They are a cafe and a bar, however, unlike most places, offering alcoholic drinks doesn’t mean that coffee is bad. On the contrary, coffee is superb. The cappuccino, the Cortado, the espresso macchiato, are just amazing.

The place design is really nice, and how the owner made all of this out of such place, just a great job. The sitting area outside, is spacious and nice, and gives you summer vibes. Lighting candles at night also add a touch of magic to the atmosphere.

One great thing is that they are open on Sundays, and open after 7, something you almost never find in other high quality coffee places.

They also offer very nice variety of cocktails. Their prices are also really nice.

Maximal entspanntes Café mit maximal gutem Kaffee mitten in der Stadt/Königsstraße. Es gibt Espresso Tonic, guten Espresso Tonic. Das kleine Café hat quasi nur Außenplätze und ist generell authentisch modern, alternativ, unkompliziert, urban, was weiß ich "eingerichtet". Man fühlt sich in ein Szeneviertel einer deutschen Großstadt versetzt und das 10m abseits der Königsstraße. Genauso wirkt auch das äußerst freundliche Personal- es herrscht überraschenderweise keine Selbstbedienung. Es dauert vielleicht ein bisschen länger als woanders mit dem Service (wenn man das ganze nicht durch einen Gang zur Theke beschleunigt) aber dafür sind alle super nett und gut gelaunt. Qualitativ ist alles spitze: das fängt bei der Musik an und setzt sich beim Kaffee fort, der neben seinem Geschmack durch die hohe Qualität der Zutaten (Kaffee von Mokuska, Bio-Milch) auffällt. Neben den klassischen Kaffeevariationen gibt es hier auch etwas modernere Alternativen wie bspw. Espresso Tonic. Das ist schon sehr toll.
