3 balls 7.50€ instead of 6€.
We went here yesterday, we searched for a calm gelato shop close with seating outside. The outside atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly. Despite that we were surprised when the price rised to 7.50€ instead of 6€ for three gelato “balls”. At the counter it was written 2€ per ball but then in the menu it said in tiny fond, 2.50€ per serving. It must be the in house addition of 50ct of which is ok in general but should be communicated much better. In this case we were wondering and felt tricked. The gelato itself is nothing special and not freshly made. My Yoghurt Maracuja tasted creamy while I had expected a fresh and light gelato. My friend ordered two servings. He says the strawberry and the chocolate flavours tasted just average and he wouldn’t go there again.
