In my opinion, this franchise is an excellent opportunity to get a taste of noodles and/or sushi if you are shopping on the Königstraße in Stuttgart. The fact that there are different counters for Sushi Customers abd for Noodle Customers is a great idea and contributes to the convenience of the restaurant. Moreover, one can either take away the food or enjoy it at the restaurant, where yiu have the option to sit inside or outside. The food itself, especially the quality is amazing. Especially the noodles are perfectly cooked - Thanks to the chef. The sauces you get to add are also fantastic. I, myself, am not a hige fan if Sushi, but my friends think ist good quality too. Additionally, the fact that they have chopsticks and forks gives you the option to eat in peace, without being laughed at if yiu cannot even hold chopsticks properly! However, there's only a minor point I would want to criticise: The staff is always in a hurry even if there are no customers behing you - As a customer I would like to have my food be prepared in a calm and good manner, even if it is fast food! I would give this 0 stars if I could. The service is terrible. I asked the server for some noodles as I pointed at the noodles in front of him and he gave me a look and barked “IT IS NOODLES”, I was shocked. I said yes, I know, can I have some?

Next when asked about the sauce, I did not understand what “pecan” sauce was (still don’t) and I asked the next server what that was. He simply stared at me like I came from outer space. I asked again and he still did not reply.

They both looked like they really didn’t want to be there and it put me off my food, I hate buying a meal at a place where the servers are so bland, rude, and not fit for customer service.

Nicht mal im Notfall - üble Zumutung für den Magen.

Zum ersten und letzten Mal gestern die grauenhaftesten gebratenen Nudeln unseres Lebens gegessen. Eine (fast) zahnlose Asiatin ohne Deutschkenntnisse klatscht dir aus einer riesen Pfanne diese Nudeln in eine Box, die sich darin vermutlich schon länger langweilten. Geschmacklich waren die Nudeln unter aller Kanone. Egal welche der vier unterschiedlich angebotenen Soßen aufgetragen wurde, alles schmeckte irgendwie gleich nach Pappe, wobei das noch hübsch umschrieben ist. Man merkt, dass die Nudeln nicht frisch zubereitet werden. Sie lagen uns stundenlang schwer im Magen und wir pupsen war bis der Durchlauf im Körper endete. Wir hatten 2 x Vegi-Nudeln und einmal mit Hühnchen, in der Summe also drei Boxen für 13,70 EUR. Das hört sich billig an, ist es jedoch nicht, wenn so eine Vegi-Box max. 50 Cent wert ist. Ein Grund dafür ist auch, dass das Gemüse nur auf der Karte und auf den Bildern existiert, am allerwenigsten jedoch in deiner Speise. Die Soßen (Soja, Süss-sauer, Erdnuss) schmecken künstlich, irgendwie nach Benzin. Das Hühnchenfleisch hatte eine Konsistenz und schmeckte, als wäre es in Milch gekocht.
