Worst customer service and unhygienic place. We were asking for menu and they were not even ready to serve. If you were not german you would be treated as like hell even if you were ready to pay. After asking so many times they gave menu and asked to order without giving seconds. After he forced we ordered drinks and said while you were bringing the drinks we would order main course. While we were asking questions regarding the menu , he was not ready to answer and forced us to order something which we didn't. so we asked to repeat the order and he said you guys ordered only this much what's in there to repeat . One of the rudest comment which I have heard. We paid around 60 euros for 3 ppl and if the service was good we were ready to order a lot. I don't know how much we have to pay to get some respect. I think we have to pay some euros to get respect. Without any gloves he immersed his hand completely inside a water bucket to take Lassi. Disgusting. We were speaking in english and german. But the beard guy continuously spoke in hindi. We didn't understand and said the same. He was not ready to listen.I suggest to not to go to this restaurant.they will make you feel that you were eating for free and make your weekend way worse. The guy with beard made our weekend...

I've been here a couple of times. Not because I liked it, but with a little hope that someday I might. The food is nothing special, with much better options available around other parts of town. But what lets you down the most is the dismal service, particularly towards people from India - ironic as it may sound, its a duly noted fact. The staff is rude and blunt, the waiting time particularly long, and sometimes they might just forget to heat your food (was once served a samosa which was still frozen inside). The manager would not let you have a bowl to serve yourself curry during a buffet, putting forth a reason that "buffets are already cheap!" "We give bowls only if you order al la carte".

Craving for Indian food and have time to explore, then do explore other options! There're plenty. If not, I hope you have a better...

We requested to make every item spicy, and the waiter said "I am also Indian, you don't have to say, I know that we want spicy food" and then provided an absolute spicy less food. absolutely no spice. not even salt was added enough. When I said "it is not at all spicy", the waiter ignored. didn't gave any reply also. They took a lot of time to prepare food.

not making spicy food is okay, happens. but ignoring our feedback or not asking whether it is spicy enough or so is something they could have done. but unfortunately, nope. disappointed.

The waiters seemed like nice people only, but this experience was very unfortunate. Hope I will have a better experience if i...

Visited the restaurant thinking the buffet was still an option. They don’t do the buffet since a year according to the waiter. Ordered the Hyderabad thali. The lamb curry was the only dish, worth its price. Raita was too salty, dal was less salty, and the butter chicken was the dessert. I am glad not to have ordered just the butter chicken, I would have had a hard time finishing it. The lassi is the only reason I’ve given a two star review. So unless you have no other option (which will never be the case in this city even for vegetarians), try it at your own risk. Not worth the high price tag of 17 euros for food served cold.

Typical Indian mentality. Had been here twice. First time with Indian colleagues, second time with my German colleagues. I could see the difference in the serving. First time, there wasn’t even a smile. The second time it was a complete turnaround. Wishing us, all smiles and energetic. Nonetheless, the food was good. Nan is a little thick. Maybe they need to work on that. The gravy is priced at €12-€14, but quantity suffices only for 2 pieces of nan or roti. The lassi was superb. Do try it.

Firstly about the restaurant: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Their restaurant has beautiful decorations, nice music and if you use the bathroom it emits a smell of cleanliness. The aesthetic was so nice, very pretty by night. Secondly the food: The prices are very good. The food is fresh and delicious and is served on small metal plates over a small candle. The Karahi Grosht was so tender and melted into their garlic naan. Same for the butter chicken. Conclusion: A MUST TRY!!!
