Kelly's Irish Pub & Restaurant Ulm — Restaurant in Ulm

From one of our favourite pubs, to really bad experience in just 2 months. Last time we went there, and we go now always for past 2 years, or even more, we have seen right from the door they have 5 or 6 new people working. And that is never a good sign. On upper part, young guys behind bar were just unpolite and drinking all the time. I know staff always drinks and needs to relax, but this was too much. After 3 rounds of really bad poured Guinness, we told them what is wrong, and they simply didn't care. To make it worse, 4th round of Guinness that was ordered, was even worse. Hope they will find a good stuff for next time. Only good guy is big bald barkeeper with glasses. But he needs bit more experience. Guinness goulash is amazing on other hand. Cannot argue with that. Chicken wings were little dry. If you want a good Guinness, go to other Irish pub, 5min from this, located in a basement. Not that fancy, but pint is...

I went to Kelly's several times and all the times and never had a problem. But today there was a "low-blow". On Wednesday I reserved a table for 3 people for dinner specifying the time at 20:00 on Saturday (05/06/21). The only recommendation is a negative covid-19 test. We arrive at the pub on Saturday at 20:00 and ... surprise! We can only order drinks because the restaurant closes at 21:00 I would like to point out that when I booked no one told me that at 8 pm I can no longer order food.a bit disappointed we use the table to have a drink. Disappointment soon becomes mockery, because within 5min from the kitchen some dishes come out, two of which for a couple who entered just before us (we are talking about no more than 2min). This isn't correct: it was enough to say that after a certain hour they would no longer serve food, we would have gone earlier. For a trifle in fact they lost 3...
