Bar "Erikssøn" — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Ettenheim

I had ordered a cocktail but the drink never came for a while so we left as felt service was too long and they may have forgot us (me and my partner). Later on we went back to the bar to order drinks to take up to the room as the vending machine wasn’t working and we were thirsty and had no drinks and it was late so nowhere else was open. the manager came to speak with the barman and told him not to serve us as I hadn’t paid for my drink that I had. I explained that I never got the drink we left as service was so long we thought they had forgotten us. Manager wouldn’t speak directly to us either only through the barman which I think is extremely rude. He proceeded to tell barman not to serve us even though we had explained the misunderstanding. I did not drink this drink the waitress served to an empty table and accusing me of not paying for a drink that I did not drink. You would expect a misunderstanding like this to be sorted but to continue not to serve me is odd and unprofessional especially for a guest at the hotel not just the bar. We are staying at the hotel as guests we obviously are spending money and money is not an issue. But it’s the principle of it being a misunderstanding and them treating us as criminals. I would like to say that the barman was really nice it’s just the manager I am criticising - the fact he would not speak to us directly is also very odd behaviour not the way a manager should be. Die Bedienung vom 04.06.21 gegen 14h war TOP, Freundlich, Aufmerksam und einfach sympathisch. Darum dachten wir abends (20.20h) gehen wir doch in die Hoteleigene Bar statt ins Resort zu laufen und lassen dort den Abend ausklingen.

BÖSER FEHLER!!!!!

Die sehr schnippische Bedienung (dunkle Haare, RIESEN Brille und eine Selbstüberschätzung die nicht zu überbieten ist) fragte direkt am Einlass: "sie wollen bestimmt draußen sitzen, oder?" (nun, bei knapp 30 Grad Außentemperatur und sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit) antworteten wir mit "ja, wenn es geht, gern!" Ein (sehr) kurzer Blick auf die Terrasse und ein "Nichts mehr frei" folgte. Dann wurden wir rein verfrachtet, an einen Tisch mit sehr engen Kuhfellstühlen!. Ich sagte dem Bartender, das die Stühle zu Eng seien, da blökte er hinter dem Tresen vor (in Ostblock Slang): Was soll ich machen, andere Stuhl auch zu eng für Dich!

Die "nette" Dame vom Empfang hatte bereits die nächsten Opfer eingelassen, da setzte Sie uns an eine Rundbank mit Weltkugel (wo es von der Bequemlichkeit her ging. Wir fragten, ob wir einen EP Spezial bekommen könnten (der Cocktail stand leider nicht auf der Karte), sie bejahte es und ging. Kurz darauf kam eine 4er Gruppe und die wurde Außen platziert. Dann kam ein Mann mit zwei Kindern, den sie auch erstmal an der Rundecke platzierte, dann aber kurz drauf mit rausnahm und mich dabei anschaute, weil Sie wusste das Sie da was nicht nettes macht. Als sie wieder reinkam, sprach ich sie drauf an, ob sie uns eigentlich veräppeln möchte? Sie fing an zu diskutieren von wegen, die seien VOR uns gekommen (was definitv GELOGEN war) und bla bla. Ich sagte ihr, das ich unter solchen Umständen nicht gewillt bin, weiter dort zu bleiben und sagte ihr, die Cocktails nehmen wir nicht mehr!

Daraufhin schrie sie zur Theke rüber, das der "Megafreundliche" (achtung IRONIE!) Bartender die Cocktails nicht mehr machen brauche, doch die hatte er gerade in seinen Händen. Während wir an der Theke vorbei nach draußen eilten sah ich nur im Augenwinkel wie erst eins, dann das zweite Cocktailglas "auf den Boden fiel!!!!"

Sowas habe ich noch in KEINER Spelunke erlebt, das Erlebt man nur in der "Tollen BAR" im 4 STERNE Superior Hotel Kronasar !

Wir sind dann rüber ins "El Circo" wo wir mit offenen Armen empfangen wurden, unseren Bericht dort belächelte man nur (das kennt man dort wohl schon) und natürlich haben wir auch am Tip nicht gespart.

Seht ihr in der Bar Eriksson die o.g. Personen, dann geht lieber woanders hin, wo man Euch als Menschen, Gäste und indirekt auch Brötchengeber WERTSCHÄTZT!

Anmerkung: Die Rezeption (Frau Zimmermann und Herr Brenner haben sich direkt entschuldigt und wiedergutmachung geübt, dafür ein herzliches...

First the positive: The drinks are good, the atmosphere is nice as well, and there was live music. But the service was bad. After about 20 minutes of not being served, we asked the live singer to call a waiter for us over the microphone, because they completely ignored us. It then took them another 20minutes to get us all but one of the drinks, the last one we had to ask for again. The second round of drinks was just as difficult to order. The waiter told us, the terrible service was due to a lot of people being there, but the bar wasn't really crowded, so I would have to disagree.
