Read moreMy favourite spot for sushi in Konstanz. It’s pricy but the quality certainly matches the price. The fish is of high quality and some cuts that can be found here just can’t be found anywhere else in Konstanz (e.g. the sake toro nigiri, my favourite). I’m also a big fan of crunchy fish skin rolls, for a change! Staff is very friendly and efficient. The rest of the menu didn’t blow me away and if I dine at Iu Mi I’d rather have sushi. Not to say that it’s not nice but I think the sushi is a step above everything else.

Udon soup i.e. is supposed to be a thick broth which has simmered with its ingredients for many hours, not just a clear...
