Paletti — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Villingen-Schwenningen

Hands down, it was the best Italian pasta I’ve ever had — rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully plated. You could taste the authenticity in every bite, and it truly felt like a little trip to Italy right in the heart of Villingen. However, the service style wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s more of a self-service setup, where you order at the counter and pick up your own food — similar to places like KFC or Domino’s. For a restaurant serving such high-quality dishes, I was hoping for a bit more table service and personal touch.

That said, if you’re after great Italian food and don’t mind the casual setup, Palleti Villingen is definitely worth...

This is my first time going there, The place was nice and clean.

Ich habe Pasta mit Shrimp (Olivenöl, Knoblauch, Chili) bestellt. Es hat nur nach Öl und bisschen Knoblauch geschmeckt. I didn’t taste any Salt or other seasonings. Sorry, it wasn’t tasty. And why do they put Chili into it? As a topping? It wasn’t spicy at all.

And one more, Staff wasn’t friendly. A simple thing but...

ich muss jetzt mal ne Lanze fürs Paletti brechen. Wenn Leute hier behaupten das personal sein unhöflich oder gar der Lachs wäre kein Lachs, dann scheinen sie 1. nicht in der Lage zu sein mit den dort arbeitenden Menschen zu sprechen bzw.lügen schlicht und einfach oder waren geistig umnachtet. Lachs zum Beispiel ist nun wirklich nicht zu verwechseln mit anderem Fisch (schon aufgrund seiner Farbe) und wäre es Lachsforelle z.B , die ist sogar noch teurer als normaler Lachs aus irgendeiner Kultur. Ich esse oft im Paletti und das einzige was dort nicht stimmt sind die Preise, denn die sind zu günstig. Aber weder am Personal , noch an den Portionen, noch an der Qualität gibt es etwas auszusetzen. Im Gegensatz dazu waren der alte Besitzer überheblich...
