The steaks are absolutely amazing. The service is excellent. I have been there several times over many years and the head waitor has been there from the very beginning. He gives you a full description of every meal, every cut of beef and advises on the the side orders and wines. You don't get this kind of knowledge and commitment in any other steakhouse. Sehr unscheinbar in einer kleinen Gasse versteckt. Die überraschung ist sehr gelungen. Vorne eine Bar und hinten ein kleiner Restaurantbereich, der wirklich sehr überzeugt hat. Gedämpftes Licht und einen Spot auf dem Tisch. Die Wände im für die Gegend bekannten Muschelkalk. Die Bedienung ist sehr Freundlich und absolut professionell ( Danke nochmals für den excelenten Service), Als Start bekommt man eine Scheibe Weißbrot mit Butter vorab. Hier kann man 4 verschiede Salze probieren, die einem zu den Steaks gereicht werden (normales Salz, mediterranes Salz, geräuchertes Salz und 4tes Salz mit diversen Gewürzen). Wir hatten die Platte als Start Up mit Weißbrot. Das Tartat war ein Gedicht, die Paprika genau so, wie ich sie mir wünsche. Nicht zu weich mich schönen Röstaromen und die Oliven geschmackvoll. Das 300 Gramm argentinische (man kann auch US-Beef wählen) kam mit Steckthermometer an den Tisch im den Garpunkt zu kontrollieren. Ich hatte mich für die mashed potatos und die Zwiebelsoße entschieden (unter uns, alleine der Kartoffelbrei und die selbstgemachte Soße waren den Besuch wert 😊). Das Rumpsteak war genau auf dem Punkt mit schönem Röstanteil auf der Oberfläche. Qualität absolut Top und ein absoluter Genuss. Fazit: Am besten reservieren. Nicht von dem Preis erschrecken lassen, hier ist die Preis Leistung top und ich esse gerne ein gutes Steak!!! Ich kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass ich hier das mit beste Steak meines Lebens gegessen habe. Ich kann den Service und die Küche hier nur nochmals Loben. I like the location, especially thr Steakhouse. They serve good food with decent prices. So the steakhouse is great!

Now coming to the bar: The ambiente is great and well designed. BUT the service is horrible. Bartender are quite arrogant. My friends ordered shots but since I don't drink alcohol, they asked for an alternative...well I got some apple juice with powdered sugar that was mixed with some artistry.
