Burgerheart Würzburg — Restaurant in Würzburg

I was really pleasantly surprised by how fast they serve the food. In less than 10 minutes from ordering, all food and drinks are out. It wasn’t crowded at the time of visit (maybe around 5 tables?). Their potato fries were really yummy. Both the plain ones from kids meal and loaded fries were great (Fryan Gretzky). Homemade Lemonade (Birnen-Melone) was also great, love it. Chicken Fingers from kids meal - the flavors really absorbed into the chicken, they’re juicy and rather crunchy. Simply one of the best I’ve tried in Germany so far. Matterhorn burger was quite delicious too. New York Chili Cheese burger was rather underwhelming as I didn’t see the chili and it was also too salty for my taste.

The place itself is good looking and quite neat. Background music is good and not too loud like some other places I visited. So people can talk civilly ^-^. They also have plenty of space and many tables. I came right before dinner time so it was just nice.

The lady who served our dishes was so friendly and attentive (she came 2 times to ask if our meals were alright). Paying was also quick and can use card.

Downside: Seemed like there is only 1 person who can receive and seat the guests (yet he also need to take order and serve food) so we waited for a while before anyone come to the reception - imagine if there are queue. Can’t other people help? *genuinely confused here Also the bathroom can be cleaner (piles of tissue were thrown onto the trash can instead of into it so it looks...

I hate to leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this restaurant left me no choice. Right off the bat, the atmosphere was akin to a fast food joint, but with the outrageous prices of an upscale restaurant - a jarring combination.

The burgers, priced at around 12€ each, were sadly bland and underwhelming in size. A costly burger should be mouth-watering and hearty, not comparable to an uninspired fast-food offering. To make matters worse, they came without any sides, which were also exorbitantly priced. A simple dollop of ketchup or mayo would have improved the meal, but basic sauces, shockingly, were an additional charge.

To add insult to injury, my friend's burger contained not one, but two hairs. One could possibly be dismissed as an accident, but two raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the kitchen. Even worse, the staff didn't bother to remove the unsavory burger from the bill, a move that felt downright disrespectful. We had to proactively ask.

Lastly, the beverages served were almost devoid of alcohol, making their high price tag all the more offensive. With bland atmosphere, overpriced, underwhelming food, and a serious hygiene issue, this was an unpleasant dining experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. The restaurant's exorbitant pricing does not justify the poor quality and...

War am 02.06. abends zu Besuch, Laden war mäßig besucht. Meine Bestellung: Spezi, Big Kahuna, Onion Rings. Hier meine Meinung: Kundenservice: Wurde nach 12 Minuten erstmals von einem Kellner angesprochen, was finde ich schon recht lange ist. Zumal zuvor zweimal jemand vorbei lief, der zu der Zeit offensichtlich nichts zu tun hatte. Meine Verwunderung darüber wurde mit einem „was darf es denn sein“ quittiert, kein tut mir leid oder gar eine Entschuldigung. Ganz schwach. Positiv: Die Bestellung kam dann recht flott. Daher dafür nur 1 Stern Abzug. Speisen: Onion Rings waren geschmacklich gut, allerdings von rings zu sprechen ist dann doch zu viel des Guten. Es war viel mehr ein Batzen Bierteig mit Zwiebeln. Sollte so denke ich nicht sein (hab auch schon privat welche gemacht, es geht Ringe daraus zu machen.ist halt aufwändiger...). M.E. fehlt die Liebe zum Detail - was bei dem Preisniveau aber fehl am Platz ist. Burger: Interessante Kombination, die man nicht überall bekommt. Sauce, Ananas, Bacon, Salat, alles einwandfrei und wirklich ein guter Antritt. Coole Kombination! Nun das große ABER: Das Bun war kalt, auch das gehört sich für einem guten Burger nicht. Fleisch war komplett durchgebraten - ist Geschmacksache - dadurch einfach sehr trocken. M.E. sollte man bei einem Burger in der Preisklasse nach dem gewünschten Gargrad fragen - wurde ich nicht. Also im Endeffekt ein mäßiger Burger, den man woanders für gleiches Geld besser bekommt. 1 Stern Abzug. Preis/Leistung: 16,50€. Allein der Spezi (0,5) schlägt mit 3,90€ (!!!) zu Buche. Finde ich schon stark überteuert, das Bier in anliegenden Lokalen kostet weniger. Burger und Onion Rings an sich preislich normal, aufgrund der genannten negativen Punkte stimmt hier allerdings die Leistung nicht. Schade, 1 Stern Abzug. Fazit: Der Laden hat einen tollen Antritt, das war es aber auch. Könnte man viel mehr draus machen. Daher verbleiben nur 2 Sterne. Hoffe meine Kritik wird richtig verstanden: als Hinweis für die Betreiber es besser zu machen. Dann ist der Laden auch am Sonntag Abend zur besten Zeit und strahlendem Sonnenschein...
