Saw the pizzas while walking by, and they looked like the real Italian deal:) And it mostly was tasting like one, good tomatoes and mozzarella. The dough could be more airy and crunchy, but that might be down to my preferences. Would give it 4/5 in Italy, but finding it in Germany is pleasant enough surprise to give it 0.5 more :D Also, the pizzaiolo was welcoming and spoke good English. And the prices were good for the quality.

We visited for lunch and my daughter wasn’t sure if the pepperoni was too spicy or not. She was given a free sample to see if it was. He also spoke great English. Outstanding service! The pizza made it feel like we were back in Italy, perfect flavors and ratios. The crust was delicious and perfectly fired. Next time we’re in Wiesbaden, we are...
