Pho Vietnam Wiesbaden — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

Hello everyone. Sharing my recent experience with Lieferando.de. On March 5, I ordered one dish from PHO VIETNAM. It was delivered. One week later, I checked my PayPal transactions and to my chagrined, I discovered I was charged TWICE on March 5 and again another charge on March 7. I immediately contacted the merchant and PayPal about the two unauthorized payments. I sent 7 email to the seller about the additional unauthorized charges and PayPal also contacted the merchant. No response.

Fortunately, PayPal refunded the two fraudulent charges.

Upon farther examination of my PayPal settings. I found out that an automatic payment was set up with this seller which I never did!

If you use PayPal, double check your payment settings. There are companies that can easily set auto payment in their websites and can charge you without your authorization.

I ordered and paid online for delivery. I used the “preferred” link provided. 2 hours passed and still no food. I called, they don’t speak English so we could barely communicate then he just hung up. One more hour, still nothing so I go to the restaurant and show him the confirmation. They said they never got the order or the money and that if I wanted food I had to pay again. I left from there. Decent food but nothing amazing. This isn't the type of place that I would insist on going to but if walking by and hungry or if members of my group wanted to go I definitely wouldn't be opposed. Be sure to bring cash though. They said they take cards but are not set up to take Visa or any other major credit card so I'm not sure exactly what...
