TAKE SUSHI — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

This restaurant is a real discovery!

Recently, while looking for a good restaurant in wiesbaden, I came across take sushi, I was attracted by the pictures of the food and good reviews, although I didn't expect too much, I became distrustful of google reviews because lately I have been disappointed with restaurants with good reviews, but not with this one!!!

Excellent, very tasty and authentic food!!! I tried a couple of different sushi, also ramen, octopus dumplings and a bowl and everything was to my taste! Apart from the fact that it's delicious, they don't skimp on the ingredients, I got a lot of salmon in my bowl, the beef in the ramen was perfect and there was no shortage of it.

Wegen der ganzen guten Bewertungen sind wir, mein Mann und ich, heute zum 1. Mal dort gewesen und hatten ziemlich hohe Erwartungen, da wir schon häufiger in Japan gewesen sind. Leider können wir beide die guten Rezensionen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service war nett und freundlich und mir gefällt, dass der Laden auch so ähnlich eingerichtet ist wie die in Japan. Wir haben eine Sushiplatte, eine Tonkotsu Ramen und eine Bentobox mit Lachs bestellt. Der Sushireis war ziemlich trocken und für die Nigiris und Sushirollen zu viel, auch war nicht ersichtlich, dass die Rollen Surimi enthalten, dann hätte ich die nicht bestellt, aber der Fisch selbst war lecker. Die Ramen war von der Portion her sehr klein und die Brühe hatte eben nicht diesen kräftigen Geschmack wie ich sie von einer Tonkotsu Ramen kenne, ich fand sogar, dass sie ein bisschen nach Tütensuppe/MSG geschmeckt hat. Das Fleisch darin war aber lecker. Am besten war die Bentobox, der Fisch war sehr lecker, allerdings war der Salat mit den Surimistücken eher traurig.
