My experience with this restaurant was nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. To begin with, the service was painfully slow—my food took an entire hour to arrive, which is unacceptable for any establishment. When it finally did, the portion of plantains was laughably small—so tiny that it was practically inedible. The biggest disappointment, however, was the ugali (TZ); it was expired, had an unbearable smell, and was completely unfit to eat. I called to raise my concerns, hoping they would take some responsibility, but I was met with indifference and told there was nothing they could do. As a frequent customer, I was shocked by the attitude of a "supervisor" who won't let me finish a sentence in a whole 5min, each time interrupting me & repeating the same thing. I want a component of a package replaced with something else, I didn't specify what I want, I just didn't want something I allergic to in my meal & I want something else but a "supervisor" implied she didn't care & won't replace it but just take it out. Fair enough you walk out on me after saying what she wanted to say. I have had their angwamo, the tuo zaafi and their fried yam with grilled tsoofi. I liked everything especially the grilled tsoofi.

It’s a simple space with palette type furniture. They offer delivery and eat-in experience but i believe their delivery is more popular.

Prices are very reasonable. Mostly around GH20- 35. Their portion is generous. What you see on their social media is what you get.
